As Pete has pointed out, LSI offers fulfillment to a wider audience than does
Createspace. You have a variety of choices. It is suboptimal to settle on
one before you have examined the others, and priced them out at various
volume levels.

Consider all vendors, but don't fall in love with any of them. It's a
business, not a romantic affair.
