Hello,
If the value of VDD isn't constant, it's not possible to use
the CD40xx parts from our library. This library is based on the
A-devices of LTspice. A-devices have a fixed output voltage
(Vhigh=value)
I recommend to make a model for the CD40106 Schmitt-trigger
inverter with MOSFETs. You can also make it with behavioral
B-devices of course.
