You may want to check the Archive posts on this group as I know we have discussed this before. But, I'll offer some basics.

One, I suggest pulling fecals to see if your hors even has an issue.

Ensure the diet is balanced, especially adequate copper.

I like the herbal wormer from www.earthsongranch.com<http://www.earthsongranch.com/> It's best to use this for 5 days during the full moon cycle.
