Volker,
NGC5395 is particularly impressive.
I wish we had a greater selection of galaxies in the Southern Hemisphere.

Subject: [SBIG] New images: NGC2371 and NGC5395
Hi all,
finally I was able to finish the processing of two new images.
The first one is NGC2371 in Gemini.

The outer loops of that PN are fainter than expected so a bit more
exposure time would show them clearer.
The second object is a interacting galaxy pair, NGC5394/95. I shot the
Luminance files in 2007th´s spring but it took me a year to get the
missing RGB files which I collected last weekend in the early morning.
The seeing conditions were very well for my location, I measured 1,8" FWHM.

Have a nice weekend!
Volker
