[LTspice] Re: Soft-Recovery-Diode in Spice

Hello,
I did further tests. This simple recovery model seems to have 2 problems.

1. The reverse current of the diode is very bad and depends on the 2
additional parameters.

2. When the diode switches from reverse to conduction, a short spike
of current flows out of the diode.

Simulated with rectangle voltage source (+-200V), 10R series and diode
model.
